When I think about it, I realize that you or someone you may know probably has suffered from some form of anxiety.
💡 Guess what?
☝🏽 I just put together this free sheet to help you or someone you know stop anxiety right in it’s tracks!
This is similar to the common 5,4,3,2,1… technique, but I decided to change it up a bit.
🧠 I based the idea of this sheet off of our 5 senses, but I focused on the top three senses people use the most which is, See, Hear & Smell.
Then I added some calming shades of blue to relax your mind.
Lastly I added in questions to get you thinking.
💡 The trick is… When you start focusing on questions that usually have a positive answer… you began to redirect your mind creating a more calmer you. 💡
